The Rail Cam is located in North Brabant, Netherlands which not only lets you watch people walking, riding bikes and driving - but also lets you watch the trains passing by. There are two cams - one which has streaming video with sound and another with just motion video. When I checked out this cam it seemed the trains go quite a bit!
