The Dornbirn Marktplatz cam is located in Austria and focuses on the marketplace area of the town of Dornbirn. You can see people eating at tables located outdoors or perhaps near a tent if an event is going on. This cam has pan, tilt and zoom so you might be able to zoom in close enough to see what people are eating.
